Objectives for Interval 6
1. Expose the gross anatomic features of the gluteal region, posterior thigh, dorsal shoulder, and thoraco-lumbar area.
2. Skeleton of the limbs, especially shoulder girdle and hip area.
3. Movements: rotation, abduction, adduction, supination, pronation, etc.
4. Learn the major structural features of the spinal cord.
5. Dermatomes of trunk and limbs.
6. Joints of – and movements at - the hip and shoulder joints
7. Nervous system as reviewed in the syllabus and in textbook.
8. Surface anatomy of the posterior regions.
